FAQs

FAQ's

  • What should I bring to class?

Grip socks are required for all classes. For your safety and hygiene, all clients must wear grip socks during sessions. They are available for purchase at the studio if needed.

We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows for a full range of motion. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during your workout.

  • Where can I find parking?

Limited parking is available directly in front of the studio — the first four spots are designated for CoreGlow clients. If these spots are occupied, there is plenty of street parking in the surrounding area.

We kindly ask that you do not park in the spaces designated for neighboring businesses next to the studio.

  • What is the late arrival time window?

To maintain a focused and uninterrupted workout environment, we kindly ask all attendees to arrive a few minutes early to allow sufficient time for setup and to begin the session promptly. We ask new clients to arrive 10 minutes early for orientation and equipment overview.

Please note that if you are not present within 10 minutes of your reserved class's scheduled start time, you will be marked as a no-show and will lose your class credit. No exceptions.

  • What is your refund policy?

All classes,  credit packages, and memberships are non-refundable. If you do not attend a scheduled class, your class credit will be deducted. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and your class credit will be deducted accordingly.

  • How long are the Pilates classes at Coreglow Pilates ?

At CoreGlow Pilates, our classes are designed to be approximately 45 minutes in duration. For specific class times and offerings, please refer to our class schedule.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

To ensure fairness and accommodate all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 12 hours of the class, it will be considered a "late cancellation," and a $15 fee will be applied.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior cancellation will result in the loss of your class credit. To avoid this, please ensure you cancel at least 12 hours before the class start time.

  • How should I handle booking issues if I scheduled my class through ClassPass?

If you book classes through ClassPass, please be aware that ClassPass is a third-party service. It is your responsibility to manage all bookings, cancellations, and related issues directly with ClassPass.  For assistance, please contact ClassPass customer support directly.
